Access Count reports allow
you to aggregate historical data to analyze trends.
In addition, it is often useful to look at a "stripe" of
time rather than the entire range to answer questions
like "How many accesses do I get during business hours
in building A, broken down by door?"
Highlights
For fast access, the C-Cure Enhanced
Reporting database is replicated to Sql Server
If a Sql Server is not available, the
Enhanced Reporting database is accessed through
Microsoft Access linked tables
Day and time "stripes" allow reports to
cover just the days and times of interest
The resulting report can be printed or
displayed in tabular format
Access details (person, time, etc.) can
optionally be displayed
Notes
Sql Server is preferable as the
data repository because of its speed, flexibility, and
maintainability
Reports are run from Microsoft Access
regardless of which database is used to store the data
FIS requires a backup of your C-Cure
database to integrate and customize the report unless
on-site installation is purchased
800 Explorer, an apC to iSTAR configuration migration tool, is now
available. See the product page for
details.
Facility Analytics
was recently delivered to a global company (three C-Cure servers) to produce
facility usage reports to assist in facility allocation.
